My first visit to Gibsonville Family Dentistry will be my last. The dental hygenist was nice, polite and very professional. The dentist was rude and running late. She came in the room with attitude. She was to worried about how I was going to pay for my services than she was about taking care of my teeth. I Would not recommend this establisment to anyone.
The dental assistant is rough and dentist was very rude always in a hurry. During my last visit, the dentist, Ms. Smith, said "We were all going to get out of here early until you showed up." Then she rushed so fast that she messed up my tooth. She left my tooth so sharp, that it was hurting my tongue very badly. However, she told me she couldn't fix over the weekend because "her son had piano practice and football." I asked if there was any way she could reschedule piano practice and she said "you mean, you want me to reschedule my son's piano practice, that I paid for." I said "I paid for my dental work and you messed it up." Only then did she budge and "fix" my tooth.
