Today was the first time I had been to the hardwood store of North Carolina. The staff and workers were very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of wood is outstanding and very good quality. They are also very competitive in pricing and offer military discount. It was about 3 hours round-trip from where I'm located but definitely worth every minute of it for the quality of the wood that I bought.
Very friendly staff who are always interested in your projects. They have a great variety of domestic and exotic hardwoods for just about everyone. Sometimes it can be hard to find boards free of sapwood in some species, but overall a good selection. Recommended highly.
