Such rude and inconsiderate staff. I called first thing in the morning to ask when my package would be ready for pick up they told me 30 minutes and I waited about 40 minutes before even going up there. Then when I got there the Caucasian older lady told me it would be 10 more minutes and to take my kids outside when they were not being any trouble or loud at all. I was highly upset and then she acted like we were a bother to her.. how do you treat people like that and then when I asked where where does she want me to go my car she said no you can just wait out in the lobby. When first of all it was her fault when they told me to be there in 30 minutes and I was even ten minutes later than the expected time. Then she told me to take my kids out in the lobby when there was nobody even in the office post office line.
Not a happy Camper... Gotta love the Post office and our Us Postal Service. NOT! I paid extra for 2 day delivery. I tracked it. It did not get there in 2 days and says still out for delivery. I went to the post office and asked for a refund. Nope, deliveries are only guaranteed on Express / overnight. We will not refund you. Well you should have told me this and I would have sent it overnight. The delivery date was crucial, you said it would get there and my receipted says it is expected to be there on that date. Now I am left running around and making phone calls. Otherwise I will be out a lot of money.
